JAYDEN SPENT 4 YEARS AS AN INFANTRY SOLDIER WITHIN THE AUSTRALIAN ARMY BEFORE MOVING INTO THE FITNESS INDUSTRY. THIS IS WHERE HE DEVELOPED A HIGH STANDARD OF WORK ETHIC, SELF-DISCIPLINE, RESILIENCE AND RELIABILITY. PRIOR TO THE MILITARY, HE WAS A MOTOCROSS ATHLETE AND COACH FOR NUMEROUS YEARS. JAYDEN IS A PASSIONATE CROSSFIT COMPETITOR WHO APPRECIATES THE INTENSITY OF THE SPORT AND HAS INSPIRED HIM TO EXERCISE WITH PURPOSE AND BRING THE SAME INTENSITY TO HIS CLIENTS. HE ALWAYS INCORPORATES FUNCTIONAL TRAINING INTO THE WORKOUTS MAKING SURE THAT EACH SESSION IMPROVES YOUR PHYSICAL PERFORMANCE OUTSIDE THE GYM. TYLER HAS COMPLETED HIS SECOND DEGREE IN EXERCISE AND NUTRITION SCIENCE AT THE UNIVERSITY OF QUEENSLAND, AND HAS BEEN PRE-ACCEPTED INTO A MASTER OF DIETETICS. HERE HE AIMS TO FOLLOW HIS PASSION FOR SPORTS NUTRITION SO THIS KNOWLEDGE CAN BE COMBINED WITH STRENGTH TRAINING PROTOCOLS.

WITH OVER 10 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN THE FITNESS INDUSTRY AND AS THE FOUNDER OF JUNGLE MVMT, TYLER KNOWS HOW TO PUSH YOU TO OBTAIN AND EXCEED YOUR FITNESS GOALS. HE BRINGS A FOCUSED, TECHNICAL ENERGY TO ALL HIS CLIENTS AND CLASSES.

AFTER REPRESENTING SCHOOLS IN SOCCER, SWIMMING, AND ATHLETICS KEL FOUND FOCUSING ON WEIGHTS TRAINING MORE SATISFYING WHILE COMPLETING HIS PSYCHOLOGICAL SCIENCE DEGREE. NEXT KEL PLANS ON COMPLETING HIS MASTER OF CLINICAL PSYCHOLOGY WHERE HE CAN STUDY THE EFFECTS OF PHYSICAL EXERCISE AND ACTIVITY ON MENTAL HEALTH AND WELLBEING.

KEL HAS BEEN WORKING IN THE FITNESS INDUSTRY FOR OVER 5 YEARS, AND ALWAYS BRINGS A DETERMINED AND ENCOURAGING MINDSET TO HIS SESSIONS.
