60 minutes of full body strength training. Designed to increase overall strength, endurance, and stamina. Includes barbell and dumbbell exercises, as well as bodyweight training.
FIT OVER 50’S
This is a membership add-on designed for members over 50 who want to challenge their body through resistance and cardiovascular training, as well as stability, mobility, and balance.
60 minute class where we encourage a social and fun training environment. The workout is challenging, interactive, and sometimes a bit competitive. Appropriate for all fitness levels. Unlimited class members can bring along friends and family for free!
A 45 minute class developed to improve the basics and work on building a strong foundation. The programming encompasses gymnastic movements, mobility, and strength. We recommend you attend some of these classes if you’re new to the gym and haven’t had much experience with exercise. This is also beneficial for persons who have been training long term and want to perfect their movement patterns and increase their overall performance.
An opportunity to work closely with a coach and build up your strength and fitness progressively. This class will challenge all energy systems, stability, strength and conditioning. This is best suited for people who are just starting their fitness journey, have acute injuries or mobility restrictions.
