60 minutes of full body strength training. Designed to increase overall strength, endurance, and stamina. Includes barbell and dumbbell exercises, as well as bodyweight training.

This is a membership add-on designed for members over 50 who want to challenge their body through resistance and cardiovascular training, as well as stability, mobility, and balance.
60 minute class where we encourage a social and fun training environment. The workout is challenging, interactive, and sometimes a bit competitive. Appropriate for all fitness levels. Friends and Family welcome for free!
A 45 minute class developed to improve the basics and work on building a strong foundation. The programming encompasses gymnastic movements, mobility, and strength and conditioning. We recommend you attend some of these classes if you’re new to the gym and haven’t had much experience with exercise. This is also beneficial for persons who have been training long term and want to perfect their movement patterns and increase their overall performance.
